Most frequent questions and answers

Each item has its own delivery time and may vary between 15 and 60 days. You may opt for a faster shipping way at the moment of checking out your order.

Our items are sold in US dollars ($USD). Prices may be displayed in your local currency for your convenience. In the end, the order and the invoice are made in US dollars. 

Your tracking number is updated in your order. To find it, log into My Account. You will find all your orders there.

To pay by Interac transfer, you must connect to your bank’s site and make a transfer to the email address: payment@ecofriendlyfamily.life

As a password, enter the number of your order. For example, if you have the order # 312678, your password will be: 312678

Yes, it’s normal.

To reduce shipping costs and offer the best prices, the items you buy are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse (to ship from China to Canada: $ 0; to ship from Eastman to Montreal: $ 15 with Canada Post!)

Since the items are not all coming from the same supplier, each one sends its products in different packages.

Often, for the same order, one item can come from Turkey, another from Russia, another from China with an express carrier and finally, another from China with a regular carrier.

All delivery times are indicated in each product.
